With its hyper smooth stabilization the GoPro Hero 7 Black is a beast when it comes to getting stable shots. However, especially when you move a lot, let’s say your walking normally etc. your footage might still be a little bit shaky.

This simply happens because the GoPro Hero 7 Blacks stabilization has its limits. So you should make it as easy as possible for the GoPro to stable the footage.

To do so you need to learn how to move probably. So that the camera is stable and only has a very small amount of shake. Most important for that is to slightly bend your knees while walking and also to keep your upper body straight and don’t move your arms and hands.
You can also move your hip and legs to do side-movements. In this video, I will show you exactly how I get stable footage with my GoPro Hero 7 by moving correctly.

The good thing is that you can also use these techniques for your other cameras and gimbals to get similar results.
